Black Dot ModulesC220™ CODE CONTROL UNIT

The Black Dot C220 code control unit is compact, robust, easy to use and capable of communicating to one or two imaging modules with no messy ink lines. It offers extensive data and relay connections for easy integration into any production line.

IM100™ IMAGING MODULE

Black Dot’s IM100 imaging module is a hot-melt ink delivery system with an integrated robust stainless steel piezo printhead. It can print high resolution images and bar codes up to 2.5 inches high.

CLEANCODE™ HOT-MELT INK

Black Dot’s CleanCode hot-melt ink is formulated to provide superior adhesion to a wide variety of porous and non-porous surfaces. Our inks produce crisp, dark images that dry instantly without using solvents, oils or harmful substances. Pucks are simply inserted into the back of the IM100 to load ink. No mess. No cartridges.

CODEMASTER™ SOFTWARE

Introducing Black Dot's CodeMaster software. CodeMaster is a simple and intuitive code design program that may be accessed from a web browser, eliminating the need for you to maintain and up-date your version.
