CLEANCODE™ HOT-MELT INK PUCKS

CleanCode ink is solid at room temperature and melts in the IM100™ and IM110™ imaging modules using a minimal amount of power - less than a light bulb in normal operation and only 200 watts from a cold start. Simply add our proprietary ink puck to the Imaging Module by inserting it into the hopper and wait approximately 15 minutes to melt and be ready to print. After jetting from the printhead to the package, it dries instantly to provide crisp, clean, dark images. And CleanCode ink embodies many best practices to help you to achieve your sustainable packaging goals:

Deinking

Hot-melt inks float on water and are solid and room temperatures, making them easily separated from cardboard pulp during floatation deinking. The ink removed from the paper can be recycled to create energy along with other solids removed in the deinking process.

Reduced Waste

  • Minimal amount of packaging used for CleanCode ink, easily separated for recycling
  • No printhead cartridges or bulky plastic bottles
  • No messy spills
  • No residue left in containers. All of the ink is consumed in the imaging module, not left in the bottle or bag.
